Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, SOIGNÉ DESIGNS does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Please review product descriptions, photos, and customization details carefully before placing your order.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer accepted, as work may have already begun on your handmade item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you believe you received an item with a significant error made by SOIGNÉ DESIGNS, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
We will review the issue and determine if a replacement is appropriate.
Refunds are not issued unless SOIGNÉ DESIGNS determines the mistake was on our end.
Shipping Issues
SOIGNÉ DESIGNS is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages
- Delays caused by the carrier
- Damage occurring during transit
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the Buyer
Any shipping‑related claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
Custom Orders
For custom designs, the Buyer is responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs, spellings, and details before production.
Errors approved by the Buyer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
