Processing Time
All items are handmade. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships.
- Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
- During high‑volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Shipping time is separate from processing time.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Carrier Responsibility
After your package is accepted by the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), SOIGNÉ DESIGNS is not responsible for:
- Delays in transit
- Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
- Incorrect addresses provided by the Buyer
Any delivery issues must be handled directly with the shipping carrier.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double‑check your shipping information at checkout.
SOIGNÉ DESIGNS is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the Buyer.
Tracking Information
Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier directly.
Delivery Delays
Weather, holidays, and carrier staffing issues may cause delays.
These delays are outside of SOIGNÉ DESIGNS’ control.
