Handmade Product Disclaimer
All items from SOIGNÉ DESIGNS are handmade. Slight variations in color, placement, or design may occur. These are normal and not considered defects.
Buyer Responsibility
By purchasing from SOIGNÉ DESIGNS, you (the Buyer) confirm that you are in compliance with all Federal, State, and local laws regarding the purchase, ownership, and use of our products.
Indemnification
The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SOIGNÉ DESIGNS, soignedesigns.net, and all individuals associated with the brand from any claims, damages, injuries, or losses resulting directly or indirectly from:
- Use or misuse of our products
- Failure to follow instructions
- Negligence or carelessness
- Improper or unlawful use
- Resale or transfer of the item
- Violation of any Federal, State, or local regulations
Processing & Shipping
- Processing time is 3–5 business days (not including weekends or holidays).
- Shipping time is separate from processing time.
- Once a package is accepted by the carrier, SOIGNÉ DESIGNS is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage during transit.
- Any shipping issues must be handled directly with the carrier.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer accepted.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
- All sales are final.
- No returns or exchanges are accepted due to the custom and handmade nature of our products.
- Refunds are not offered unless SOIGNÉ DESIGNS determines a significant error was made on our end.
Custom Orders
Buyers are responsible for reviewing all proofs, spellings, and details before production. SOIGNÉ DESIGNS is not responsible for errors approved by the Buyer.
Intellectual Property
All designs, photos, and content on soignedesigns.net are the property of SOIGNÉ DESIGNS and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
